How is this different from meal plans I can find online?
Those are templates built for no one in particular. This plan is built for you, based on a detailed questionnaire about your goals, preferences, restrictions, schedule, cooking skill, and family situation. That's why it works and those don't.
What if I have food allergies or restrictions?
The questionnaire covers all of this. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal, kosher, whatever it is. I build around it, not in spite of it. Plus you get a substitute cheat sheet so you can always swap ingredients.
How long until I get my plan?
About one week from when I receive your completed questionnaire (or have our consultation call for Tiers 2 and 3). I take the time to do it right.
Is this a strict diet I have to follow perfectly?
Not even close. It's a flexible framework. You get 120+ recipes to mix and match, and I design it to fit your real life. If you want pizza on Friday, eat pizza on Friday. This is about building sustainable habits, not suffering through a 30-day challenge.
Can my whole family eat this food?
Yes. My recipes are designed to taste great for everyone, not just the person "on the plan." Multiple clients have told me their spouses and kids eat the same meals without even knowing it's part of a nutrition plan.
What if I want lab testing too?
